كلاريتي بيقرأ أرقام مطعمك من طلبات وكريم وأشيائي، وبيحسبلك قديش ضل لك، وبيراجعلك الحملات، وبيبعتلك تنبيهات، وبيجاوب على أسئلتك من خلال المستشار، بالتطبيق وعلى واتساب.

حسابك وصلاحية المنصات

• إنت بتعطينا صلاحية نقرأ حساباتك على المنصات، وبتأكدلنا إنه إلك الحق تعطينا إياها.
• كلاريتي بيقرأ بس. ما بيغيّر أسعارك ولا المنيو ولا بيشترك أو بيطلع من أي حملة عنك.
• إنت مسؤول عن مين بتضيفه على حسابك، وبتقدر تشيله وقت ما بدك.

السعر والدفع

• السعر 50 دينار أردني بالشهر لكل فرع. بيشمل طلبات وكريم وأشيائي وكل الميزات.
• الفرع يعني موقع واحد لمطعمك.
• ما في رسوم تجهيز وما في عقد. إذا عندك أكثر من فرع، بنتفق معك على خصم.
• بنبعتلك فاتورة كل شهر، وبتوضح الفاتورة المبلغ وأي ضريبة مستحقة عليه.
• ما في تجربة مجانية، بس بنعملك ديمو قبل ما تقرّر.

الإلغاء

• بتقدر تلغي وقت ما بدك، بس تحكيلنا.
• الإلغاء بيمشي من آخر الشهر اللي دفعته، وبتضل تستعمل كلاريتي لحد ما يخلص. ما بنرجّع مبالغ عن جزء من شهر.
• بعد الإلغاء بنمسح بياناتك حسب سياسة الخصوصية.

الأرقام والمستشار

• كل رقم بكلاريتي محسوب من بيانات المنصات زي ما بتوصلنا. إذا المنصة غيّرت أو أخّرت بياناتها، ممكن الأرقام تتغيّر.
• المستشار بيجاوب من أرقامك بس، وما بيخترع أرقام. إذا ما عنده الجواب، بيقلّك.
• رأي كلاريتي بالحملات والتنبيهات مساعدة إلك، والقرار الأخير دايماً إلك.

الاستعمال المقبول

ما بتستعمل كلاريتي لإشي مخالف للقانون أو لشروط المنصات، وما بتحاول توصل لبيانات غيرك. إذا صار هيك، ممكن نوقّف الحساب بعد ما نحكي معك.

حدود مسؤوليتنا

بنشتغل كل جهدنا عشان كلاريتي يكون دقيق وشغّال، بس ما بنضمن إنه ما يتعطّل أبداً. مسؤوليتنا عن أي ضرر محدودة بقيمة اللي دفعته لكلاريتي آخر 3 شهور، إلا إذا القانون بيقول غير هيك.

إذا غيّرنا الشروط

بنخبّرك قبل 14 يوم على الأقل من أي تغيير مهم. إذا ما وافقت، بتقدر تلغي قبل ما يمشي التغيير.

القانون

هاي الشروط بتخضع لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ومحاكم عمّان هي المختصة.

What we provide

Clarity reads your restaurant's figures from Talabat, Careem and MyThings, shows what you kept, reviews your campaigns, sends you alerts, and answers your questions through the advisor, in the app and on WhatsApp.

Your account and platform access

• You give us access to read your platform accounts, and you confirm you have the right to give it.
• Clarity only reads. It never changes your prices or menu, and it never joins or leaves a campaign for you.
• You are responsible for who you add to your account, and you can remove them at any time.

Price and payment

• The price is 50 Jordanian dinars a month per branch. It covers Talabat, Careem and MyThings, and every feature.
• A branch means one location of your restaurant.
• There is no setup fee and no contract. If you have more than one branch, we agree a discount with you.
• We send you an invoice every month. The invoice shows the amount and any tax due on it.
• There is no free trial, but we give you a demo before you decide.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time; just tell us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and you keep using Clarity until then. We don't refund part-months.
• After you cancel, we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.

The figures and the advisor

• Every figure in Clarity is calculated from the platform data as we receive it. If a platform changes or delays its data, the figures can change.
• The advisor answers only from your figures and doesn't make numbers up. If it doesn't have the answer, it says so.
• Clarity's view on campaigns and its alerts are there to help you; the final decision is always yours.

Acceptable use

Don't use Clarity for anything unlawful or against the platforms' terms, and don't try to reach anyone else's data. If that happens, we may suspend the account after talking to you.

Our liability

We do our best to keep Clarity accurate and running, but we can't promise it will never go down. Our liability for any loss is limited to what you paid Clarity in the last 3 months, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We tell you at least 14 days before any important change. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
